1 in 4 of us will experience some sort of Mental Health at a point in our lifetime.
Mental Health affects both men and women,
Nearly three in four young people fear the reactions of friends or there families when they talk about their mental health problems.
most people struggling with Mental Health suffer in silence because their embarrassed, ashamed or scared but the truth is don’t feel embarrassed, to recover from a serious illness it is something you should feel proud of.
